1 System overview

2 Main control functions of the system

* Automatic oil discharge control: After the sewage enters the grease trap, the controller automatically opens the steam valve to heat the sewage according to the water temperature, so that the water temperature reaches the set temperature, and starts the oil floating machine to work. Absorb the oil slick on the water surface to achieve the purpose of oil discharge;

* Control of the submersible pump of the sump: After the sewage enters the sump, the submersible pump is started and stopped according to the water level, and the sewage is sent to the first-level air flotation pool;

* Coagulation dosing pump control: control the start and stop of the coagulation dosing pump according to the start and stop of the submersible pump;

* Alkali addition and pH value control: automatically adjust the amount of alkali addition according to the detected pH value, so that the pH value after neutralization is controlled at 6~9;

* Return pump control: Control the start and stop of the return pump according to the start and stop of the submersible pump;

* Fan control: Automatically control the start and stop of the fan according to the oxygen content measurement in the oxidation pool;

Main hardware configuration of the system
