TS5A3159AYZPR General Description

TS5A3159AYZPR is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for high-speed digital applications. It features low on-state resistance of 2.5 ohms and low input-output capacitance. The switch operates from a single 1.65 V to 5.5 V power supply and has a wide bandwidth of 600 MHz. The TS5A3159AYZPR is compatible with 1.8 V logic and is designed for bidirectional switching of signals in audio, video, and data applications.This analog switch has four independent switches that can be controlled with a logic-level input signal. It also has a high ESD tolerance of up to 8 kV (HBM) and 1 kV (CBE) for enhanced reliability in harsh environments. The TS5A3159AYZPR is offered in a small 16-pin wafer chip scale package (WCSP) for space-constrained applications.
