TS3L110PWR General Description

The TS3L110PWR is a triple SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) analog switch designed for high-speed data switching applications. It features low on-resistance of 4 ohms, low charge injection, and wide bandwidth to support high-speed data rates. The switch is designed to operate from a single 2.3V to 4.3V supply voltage, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.The TS3L110PWR has a total of three independent switches controlled by a common enable pin. Each switch can handle signals up to ±5V and can pass signals with voltages as high as the supply voltage. The switch offers break-before-make switching and has a fast switching time of less than 8ns.The TS3L110PWR is available in a space-saving 10-pin UQFN package. It is ideal for applications such as signal routing, battery-powered devices, communication systems, and data acquisition systems that require high-speed signal switching with low on-resistance and minimal distortion
