MAX8902BATA+ General Description

The MAX8902BATA+ is a high-efficiency, low-quiescent current, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with an integrated MOSFET. It operates over an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and can deliver a maximum output current of 2A. The device features a high efficiency of up to 96% and a low quiescent current of only 27μA, making it well-suited for battery-powered applications.The MAX8902BATA+ includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection, as well as undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown features to ensure safe operation under various conditions. The device is available in a compact, thermally enhanced 10-pin TDFN-EP package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
