The IR2153PBF is a high-performance, easy to use, fully integrated power IC designed for use in switch mode power supply applications. It combines a gate driver for N-channel power MOSFETs with a high and low-side driver in a single chip, making it ideal for half-bridge or full-bridge configurations.The IR2153PBF features an advanced protection circuitry, including under-voltage lockout, over-current protection, and thermal shutdown. It also has a programmable oscillator that allows users to adjust the frequency of operation to suit their specific application requirements.This power IC operates over a wide voltage range from 10V to 20V and can drive MOSFETs with up to 600V of drain-source voltage. It is capable of delivering up to 200mA of gate drive current, making it suitable for a wide range of power conversion applications.
