The FAN73895MX is a high-voltage, high-speed, dual channel gate driver IC designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge or full-bridge configurations. It features a wide input voltage range of 10V to 20V, making it suitable for a variety of applications.This gate driver IC offers a high peak output current of 4A per channel and a high peak output voltage of 15V. It provides under-voltage lockout protection, thermal shutdown protection, and over-current protection to ensure safe operation.The FAN73895MX has a fast propagation delay time of 85ns, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications. It also has a split output configuration, allowing for independent control of each channel.
