ATSAM4S8BA-AU General Description

Microchip's ARM®-based SAM4S8 microcontroller builds on the high-performance 32-bit Cortex®-M4 core.

The SAM4S8 features:

  • Power consumption 200uA/MHz in dynamic mode at low operating frequency, 30mA at 100MHz and 3uA at 1.8V in back-up mode with the RTC running
