General Description

The TMCS1100-Q1 is a state-of-the-art Hall-effect current sensor designed for high accuracy and reliability in measuring DC or AC current. With its low-drift, temperature-compensated signal chain, this sensor provides exceptional linearity and stability, ensuring less than 1% full-scale error across its operating temperature range. The internal 1.8-mΩ conductor and integrated Hall-effect sensor eliminate the need for external concentrators, simplifying the design process and minimizing power loss. Moreover, the sensor offers inherent galvanic insulation with a 600-V lifetime working voltage and 3-kV_RMS basic isolation, enhancing safety and reliability in operation. Additionally, integrated electrical shielding provides excellent common-mode rejection and transient immunity, further enhancing the sensor's performance in real-world applications
