TMCS1100A2QDRQ1 General Description

Ideal for demanding industrial and automotive applications, the TMCS1100-Q1 combines high accuracy, excellent linearity, and temperature stability to provide reliable current measurements. Its low-drift, temperature-compensated signal chain ensures < 1% full-scale error across the device temperature range, guaranteeing precise and consistent performance. With a 1.8-mΩ internal conductor and integrated Hall-effect sensor, this sensor eliminates the need for external concentrators, simplifying design and minimizing power loss. The TMCS1100-Q1 offers a lifetime working voltage of 600V and 3-kV RMS basic isolation, ensuring both safety and reliability in high voltage environments. Additionally, its low supply current and specified operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C make it suitable for a wide range of challenging operating conditions
