TMCS1100A3QDRQ1 General Description

Moreover, the TMCS1100-Q1 offers inherent galvanic insulation with a 600-V lifetime working voltage and 3-kV RMS basic isolation between the current path and the circuitry. Its integrated electrical shielding provides exceptional common-mode rejection and transient immunity. The output voltage is directly proportional to the input current and offers four sensitivity options. Running on a single 3-V to 5.5-V power supply, the fixed sensitivity of the sensor eliminates ratiometry errors and enhances supply noise rejection. When it comes to current polarity, it is deemed positive when flowing into the positive input pin. Additionally, the VREF input pin allows for a variable zero-current output voltage, enabling both bidirectional and unidirectional current sensing. With a maximum supply current of 6 mA, the TMCS1100-Q1 is operational in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C, ensuring stable performance even in extreme conditions
