NE556N General Description

The NE556N is a dual 555 timer IC that consists of two separate timer circuits, which can be configured independently for various timing functions. The NE556N is a dual version of the popular NE555 timer IC. It contains two separate 555 timer circuits in a single package. Just like the NE555, the NE556N can be used for various timing and oscillator applications.
