The X9C103PZ is a digitally controlled potentiometer (XDCP) integrated circuit that provides nonvolatile storage of wiper position. This device has a 100-tap, 100kΩ potentiometer with an incremental step of approximately 1kΩ. The X9C103PZ operates using a three-wire serial interface and can be used in a variety of applications, such as audio equipment, instrumentation, and programmable voltage references.The X9C103PZ features a low standby current of less than 5μA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.
