UCC38C41D General Description

This product boasts the necessary features to control fixed frequency, peak current-mode power supplies, offering high-frequency operation of up to 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed applications. The device also features trimmed discharge current for precise programming of maximum duty cycle and dead-time limit, as well as reduced start-up and operating currents for improved efficiency. With a fast current-sense-to-output delay time of 35 ns, the UCC38C41D provides superior overload protection at the power switch. Additionally, it offers a ±1-A peak output current capability with improved rise and fall times for driving large external MOSFETs directly
