TLE2021CD General Description

The TLE2021CD is a precision operational amplifier that offers high-speed performance and low power consumption. Utilizing the Texas Instruments Excalibur process, this device combines the best features of the OP21 with improved slew rate and unity-gain bandwidth. The complementary bipolar Excalibur process features isolated vertical pnp transistors, resulting in enhanced unity-gain bandwidth and slew rate compared to similar devices. The addition of a bias circuit ensures stable parameters over time and varying temperatures, maintaining precision performance throughout years of use
