The TC4426A/4427A/4428A are advanced buffer/gate drivers that offer enhanced performance compared to their predecessors, the TC426/427/428 family. With superior design features, these drivers are immune to latch-up under any operating conditions within their specified power and voltage limits. They can withstand noise spikes of up to 5 V on the ground pin without any risk of damage, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments
