SY88073LMG General Description

The SY88073L limiting post amplifier is a versatile solution for fiber-optic receivers operating in continuous mode, offering support for multi-rate applications spanning from 1Gbps to 12.5Gbps. With a high-bandwidth, high-sensitivity input stage, this amplifier ensures optimal system reach with user-programmable SD assert/LOS de-assert threshold levels. Its 4dB electrical hysteresis effectively minimizes signal chattering, enhancing signal reliability in noisy environments. Additionally, the SY88073L offers faster SD assert and LOS de-assert times compared to traditional continuous mode devices, accommodating a wide range of differential input voltages from 10mVPP to 1800mVPP
