SY100ELT23LZC General Description

The SY100ELT23LZC is a high-speed ECL (Emitter Coupled Logic) differential receiver designed for use in high-frequency communication systems. It operates at a maximum data rate of 2.5GHz and has a propagation delay of 200ps, making it suitable for use in high-speed data transmission applications such as in data communication, telecommunications, and networking.This differential receiver features a differential input with integrated 50-ohm termination resistors, which helps to reduce signal reflections and improve signal integrity. It also has a differential PECL (Positive ECL) output that provides low-voltage swing output signals that are ideal for driving other ECL devices or for interfacing with other logic families.The SY100ELT23LZC is housed in a compact 8-pin LCCC (Leadless Chip Carrier) package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained applications. It operates from a supply voltage of -5.2V to -6.2V and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
