SST25PF040C-40I/SN General Description
The 25 series Serial Flash family features a four-wire,SPI-compatible interface that allows for a low pin-countpackage which occupies less board space and ultimatelylowers total system costs. The SST25PF040C devices are enhanced with extended operating voltage of 2.3-3.6V.
SST25PF040C SPI serial flash memories are manufactured with proprietary,high-performance CMOS SuperFlash technology.The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunnelinginjector attain better reliability and manufacturabilitycompared with alternate approaches.
