SMBJ15A General Description

The SMBJ15A is a TVS diode that is designed to clamp or suppress transient voltage spikes and protect sensitive electronic components from damage. It is part of the SMBJ series of TVS diodes, which are known for their compact size and efficiency in transient voltage protection.
