It also features an adjustable switching frequency up to 1.5MHz, allowing for optimization of efficiency and minimizing PCB size. SI3400-E1-GM incorporates a range of protection features, including over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and under-voltage lockout, ensuring safe operation and longevity of the device. It also has the ability to synchronize its switching frequency to an external clock signal, enabling system-wide noise reduction.This DC-DC buck converter comes in a compact, 3mm x 3mm QFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. Its high efficiency, adjustable output voltage, and range of protection features make it ideal for a variety of industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics applications
