Paid delivery to kaliningrad for 11 days. Packaging-pup, inside a plastic bag with bags of assorted capacitors. No damage, complete as in the description and in the photo. In appearance-the usual electrolytes of the type of our k50-16. The range of values should be large, for this type it is normal. Like the fact that over time they lose capacity. Taking into account the cost and the intended scope of application-everything is fine. Performance did not check. Five stars and my recommendations.
