OPA244NA/3K General Description

The OPA244NA/3K is a high precision, low noise, low drift operational amplifier designed for precision instrumentation and sensor applications. It features a low offset voltage of 25 µV (max), low input bias current of 50 pA (max), and low input voltage noise of 6.5 nV/√Hz (at 1 kHz).The OPA244NA/3K offers a wide supply voltage range of ±2.25 V to ±18 V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. It has a high open-loop gain of 140 dB, ensuring high linearity and accuracy in signal processing. The operational amplifier also has a low total harmonic distortion of 0.0006% and a low quiescent current of 550 µA.In terms of temperature stability, the OPA244NA/3K has a low drift of 0.1 µV/°C (max) and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It comes in a small SOT-23 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
