NSVR201MX is a RF schottky barrire diode with X2DFN2 package. It is device is suitable for mixer application of high frequency. Low forward voltage and low capacitance is enable use at high frequency such as submillimeter wave. The assumed application is an collision detection radar and doppler radar.
