NC7SZ18P6X General Description
The NC7SZ18P6X is a single buffer/line driver with a dual-enable input. It is part of the NC7SZ series of TinyLogic® devices designed for space-constrained applications. This buffer operates at a voltage range of 0.9V to 3.6V, making it ideal for low voltage applications. The device has two active-low enable inputs, which allow for flexible control over the output.The NC7SZ18P6X has a typical propagation delay of 4.3ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications. It can drive up to 24mA of output current, providing enough drive strength for various loads. The device is available in a small SOT-23-6 package, which makes it suitable for compact designs.
