MP9486GN-Z General Description

The MP9486GN-Z is a synchronous step-down converter with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.6V to 15V. It is capable of delivering a maximum output current of 3A and operates at a switching frequency of up to 2.1MHz. This converter features a high-efficiency design with a peak efficiency of up to 95% and offers excellent load and line regulation. It also includes overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout for added system reliability and safety.The MP9486GN-Z is housed in a compact QFN-16 package and requires only a few external components, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
