MP2329GG-Z General Description

MP2329GG-Z is a monolithic synchronous boost regulator with an integrated power switch designed for battery powered applications. This device features a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 10V, making it suitable for various battery chemistries such as single-cell Li-ion or Li-polymer batteries. The MP2329GG-Z has a switching frequency range of 1.2MHz to 2.4MHz, allowing for the use of small external components and achieving high efficiency up to 93%. The integrated 42mΩ power switch minimizes external component count and PCB space, while the programmable soft-start function reduces inrush currents during startup.This boost regulator also features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout for protection against fault conditions. The MP2329GG-Z is available in a small 6-pin TSOT23 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
