The MIC5013YN is a versatile 8-pin MOSFET gate driver designed to provide over-current shutdown and fault flag functionality. This driver is perfect for high-side power switch applications, allowing for efficient gate driving of N-channel power MOSFETs above the supply rail. The MIC5013 is suitable for use with both standard and current-sensing power MOSFETs in various driver topologies
