MIC4224YM General Description

The MIC4224YM is a dual high-speed MOSFET driver integrated circuit designed for high-frequency switching applications. It features two independent channels with very low propagation delay and rise/fall times, making it ideal for driving power MOSFETs in applications such as synchronous buck converters, motor control, and Class D amplifiers.The MIC4224YM can drive both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs with a gate voltage up to 18V. It has a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V, allowing it to be powered directly from a single lithium-ion cell or a 12V supply.
