MF10CCN General Description

The MF10CCN is a monolithic low power FM IF system. It is specifically designed for high fidelity, low power FM radio applications. The device consists of several functional blocks including two wideband FM IF amplifiers, an FM detector, a voltage regulator, and a squelch circuit. This integrated circuit is housed in a 16-pin dual in-line package.The MF10CCN operates at a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 12V, making it suitable for a wide range of battery-powered applications. It features a low power consumption of around 7.5mW, making it an energy-efficient solution for portable devices. The FM IF amplifiers have a wide bandwidth of 20MHz, providing high-quality signal amplification. The FM detector utilizes a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit for precise FM demodulation.In addition, the MF10CCN includes a squelch circuit that mutes the audio output when the input signal falls below a certain threshold.
