MAX4003EUA+T General Description

MAX4003EUA+T is a low-voltage, precision, dual, SPST analog switch that operates from a single +1.6V to +3.6V supply. It features low on-resistance of 0.7Ω (max) and consumes only 5nA (max) of supply current when in the off state. The switch also offers a low capacitance of 7pF (typ) to minimize signal distortion and provide high bandwidth performance.The MAX4003EUA+T is offered in a space-saving 8-pin µMAX package and is designed for use in battery-powered applications where low power consumption is needed. It is suitable for use in portable consumer electronics, medical devices, and industrial equipment.Additional features of the MAX4003EUA+T include a guaranteed low leakage current of 5nA (max), fast switching times of 100ns (max), and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
