MAX22246FAWA+ General Description

The MAX22245/MAX22246 are a family of 2-channelreinforced, fast, low-power digital galvanic isolatorsusing Maxim’s proprietary process technology. Alldevices feature reinforced isolation for a withstandvoltage rating of 5kV_RMS for 60 seconds. Bothautomotive and general-purpose devices are rated foroperation at ambient temperatures of -40°C to +125°C.
