MACOM’s MAATCC0008 is a GaAs FET 4-bitdigital attenuator with a 1.0 dB minimum step sizeand a 15 dB total attenuation range. This device is ina SOIC-16 plastic surface mount package. TheMAATCC0008 is ideally suited for use whereaccuracy, fast speed, very low power consumptionand low costs are required. Typical applicationsinclude dynamic range setting in precision receivercircuits and other gain/leveling control circuits.
