LTC4359IMS8#PBF General Description

The LTC4359 is a positive high voltage ideal diode controller that drives an external N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode. It controls the forward-voltage drop across the MOSFET to ensure smooth current delivery without oscillation even at light loads. If a power source fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse current transients. A shutdown mode is available to reduce the quiescent current to 9μA for load switch and 14µA for ideal diode applications.

Hello, the parcel went to the moscow region exactly a month. the order is satisfied because for home needs this is the best option. if anyone is interested, then the length of the wide thermal shrinkage is 8 cm and narrow 4 cm.
