LAN7800-I/VSX General Description

The LAN7800-I/VSX is a USB to Ethernet bridge controller designed for embedded applications. It offers a high-performance USB 2.0 to 10/100/1000 Ethernet connectivity solution with integrated physical layer transceiver (PHY). The LAN7800-I/VSX features advanced power management capabilities for low power consumption and supports wake-on-LAN functionality.This controller supports both full-duplex and half-duplex operation modes, as well as auto-negotiation and Auto-MDIX features. It is compatible with a wide range of operating systems and comes with an integrated 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet MAC and a USB 2.0 controller. The LAN7800-I/VSX also offers built-in support for IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, IEEE 802.1P Layer 2 Priority Encoding, and IPv4/IPv6 checksum offload engines for improved network performance.
