JN5169-001-M00-2Z General Description

NXP has discontinued selling this module and has been replaced by Azurewave'sAW-CU477 ?module.The JN5169-001-M00 is an ultra-low-power, high-performance, surface-mount module targetedatIEEE 802.15.4, ZigBee and RF4CE networking applications, enabling users torealiseproducts with minimum time-to-market and at the lowest cost. It removes the need fortheexpensive and lengthy development of custom RF boards and test suites. The moduleusesNXP’s JN5169 wireless microcontroller to provide a comprehensive solution withlargememory, highly-featured CPU and radio, and all RF components included. An integratedPCBantenna is provided on the module and an RF transmission power of up to +10 dBm canbeachieved. All that is required to develop and manufacture wireless control orsensingproducts is the connection of a power supply and peripherals such as switches,actuatorsand sensors, considerably simplifying product development. The module provides anidealplatform for developing ZigBee 3.0 applications based on ZigBee Lighting andOccupancydevices.
