IXDD630YI General Description

The IXDD630YI is a dual channel, high-speed, high-current gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-power applications such as motor control, power supplies, and inverters. It features two independent output channels capable of sourcing up to 4A and sinking up to 4A of peak current, making it suitable for driving high-power switches. The driver is capable of providing fast switching speeds with propagation delays as low as 20ns, enabling efficient and reliable operation of power transistors.
