The IRS20955SPBF is a fully-protected, 500V Half-Bridge gate driver IC designed for use in motor control and power conversion applications. It features high-side and low-side gate drivers with independent inputs, a bootstrap diode for high-side gate driver supply, under-voltage lockout protection, and over-current protection.The IRS20955SPBF has a maximum operating frequency of 500kHz and a maximum duty cycle of 50%. It is compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic levels and has a wide input voltage range of 10V to 20V. The IC also features programmable dead-time control to prevent shoot-through current in the half-bridge.Other key features of the IRS20955SPBF include over-temperature protection, ESD protection, and fault reporting through a dedicated output pin.
