The ICE3BR1765JZ is a high-performance resonant mode CoolSET™ 3 Series of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Controllers in DIP-7 package. It is designed for compact, efficient, and cost-effective power supplies up to 120W. The device features an integrated 650V half-bridge gate driver, a startup cell, and a high-voltage current source for self-biasing. The ICE3BR1765JZ is optimized for frequencies up to 65kHz, making it suitable for various power supply topologies such as LLC, QR, and PSR.Key features of the ICE3BR1765JZ include low standby power consumption, advanced burst mode operation for light load efficiency, high-side and low-side drivers with built-in bootstrap diodes, and full protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection.
