HQ6025KH5 General Description

25 Amp bi-directional Alternistor Triac is designed for AC switching and phase control applications requiring a higher temperature environment.Alternistor type devices only operate in quadrants I, II, & III and are used in circuits requiring high dv/dt capability.

Application

Typically used in high-temperature environments where available heat-sinking is minimal such as heating and white goods applications
