HMC425LP3E General Description

The HMC425LP3E is a high linearity GaAs MESFET MMIC amplifier designed for use in a wide range of applications in the frequency range of DC to 4 GHz. This amplifier offers high gain, excellent IP3 performance, and low noise figure, making it ideal for use in high-performance communication systems, test equipment, radar systems, and more.Operating from a single 5 V supply, the HMC425LP3E provides a typical gain of 14 dB, with an output IP3 of +35 dBm and a noise figure of 4.5 dB. The device also features a broadband design, with a flat gain response across its operating frequency range, minimizing the need for external compensation networks.The HMC425LP3E comes in a leadless surface-mount package measuring 3 mm x 3 mm, making it suitable for use in compact and high-density PCB layouts. The capacitance of all capacitors is low (404-420 uf), esr high (0,17-0,23)/measurements were made xjw01 at 100 hz, capacitors are not very good quality, will go to the rectifier filters in undemanding designs. Shipping fast
