The HMC368LP4 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for use in applications where low noise and high linearity are essential. It operates over a wide frequency range of 1.8 GHz to 2.7 GHz, making it suitable for various wireless communication systems, including WLAN, WiMAX, and LTE.This LNA offers a high gain of 20 dB and a noise figure of 0.9 dB, providing excellent signal reception and sensitivity. It also features a high third-order intercept point (IIP3) of 20 dBm, ensuring good linearity and minimal distortion in the received signal.The HMC368LP4 is housed in a compact 4x4 mm QFN leadless package, making it easy to integrate into RF circuits and systems.
