HMC241ALP3ETR General Description

The HMC241ALP3ETR is a high performance, active, double balanced mixer in a leadless 3x3 mm surface mount package. It operates over the frequency range of 24 to 35 GHz, making it suitable for applications in radar, test equipment, and communication systems.This mixer offers excellent isolation of 35 dB, low conversion loss of 7 dB, and high IP3 of 29 dBm. Its integrated LO and RF baluns simplify system integration and reduce external component count. The mixer can be used with either a single-ended or differential LO input, providing flexibility for various system configurations.The HMC241ALP3ETR is designed with a silicon nitride Schottky diode structure, ensuring excellent performance and reliability over a wide temperature range. It has a compact footprint and is suitable for use in space-constrained applications. The leadless package allows for easy installation and minimizes parasitic effects for improved performance.
