HIP2101IB General Description

The HIP2101IB is a 100V half-bridge MOSFET driver IC with an integrated bootstrap diode. It is designed for high-side and low-side switching in motor control, DC/DC converters, and other power management applications. The HIP2101IB provides shoot-through protection to prevent both high-side and low-side MOSFETs from conducting simultaneously, reducing the risk of damaging the FETs.This driver IC features a 1.25A peak source and 2A peak sink current capability, allowing it to drive a wide range of power MOSFETs efficiently. It also includes a programmable dead time to prevent shoot-through currents in the half-bridge configuration.The HIP2101IB operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, making it compatible with a variety of power supply designs.
