FT4232H General Description

FT4232H is a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed (480 Mbps) to four channel UART/MPSSE IC. It is a highly integrated device that includes USB 2.0 PHY, USB 2.0 hub controller, and multiple UART interfaces with full modem signal support. The FT4232H is designed for applications that require multiple serial channels, such as industrial control systems, test and measurement equipment, and USB to RS232/RS422/RS485 converters.
