FPF2004 General Description

For the FPF2003 and FPF2007 variants, a current limit condition will promptly pull the fault signal pin low, and the part will continue to operate in constant-current mode until the switch current falls below the set limit. The FPF2000 to FPF2003 models have a minimum current limit of 50mA, while the FPF2004 to FPF2007 models have a higher limit of 100mA. These compact load switches are available in a space-saving 5 pin SC-70 package, making them ideal for various applications requiring reliable protection against large current events
