ON Semiconductor has introduced the FNB41060 as part of its Motion SPM® 45 series, aiming to address the requirements of low-power applications like washing machines and industrial fans. Boasting a compact and high-performance inverter solution, this product is equipped with low-loss short-circuit rated IGBTs and optimized gate drivers in a fully isolated package, ensuring a straightforward and resilient design. To further enhance reliability, the FNB41060 is integrated with features such as a built-in NTC for temperature monitoring, integrated under-voltage lock-out function for both high and low side, and an over-current protection input. Moreover, the product facilitates three leg current sensing through three separate open-emitter pins for low side IGBTs, and features built-in bootstrap diodes and dedicated VS pins to streamline PCB layout. With its innovative design and comprehensive features, the FNB41060 stands as an ideal solution for AC motor drives in low-power applications, promising efficiency and durability
