The FAN3111ESX is a high-speed, dual-channel gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-frequency switching applications. It is equipped with an internal undervoltage lockout protection feature to ensure reliable operation, and a programmable overcurrent protection circuit to prevent damage to the device and external components.With a typical propagation delay of only 32ns and a rise/fall time of 12/8ns, the FAN3111ESX is capable of driving power devices at frequencies up to 2MHz, making it suitable for high-performance power conversion systems such as electric vehicles, solar inverters, and industrial motor drives.The FAN3111ESX operates over a wide supply voltage range of 9V to 20V and can drive peak output currents of up to 4A, enabling it to meet the requirements of a wide range of high-power applications.
