DS90C032TM General Description
DS90C032TM is a quad CMOS differential line driver designed for applications requiring ultra-low power consumption. It operates from a single 3.3V power supply and consumes only 5mA of current per driver, making it ideal for battery-powered devices and other low-power applications.The DS90C032TM features four independent differential line drivers, each capable of delivering high-speed data rates up to 400Mbps. It also includes internal 75-ohm termination resistors, which can be enabled or disabled via control pins for added flexibility in system design.In addition, this device offers high noise immunity and robust ESD protection, ensuring reliable performance in noisy industrial environments. It is housed in a small TSSOP package, making it easy to integrate into compact PCB designs.
