DG444DJ General Description

The DG444DJ+ is a quad SPST (single-pole, single-throw) analog switch designed for high speed and low power applications. It features on-resistance of 50 ohms maximum with a supply voltage range of ±2.5V to ±18V. The switch is non-volatile and has a low leakage current of 1nA maximum at a temperature of 25°C.This device is ideal for use in precision instrumentation, communication systems, and audio applications where low distortion and signal integrity are critical.
