CM3202-02DE General Description

The CM3202-02DE is a versatile dual-output low noise linear regulator specifically designed to cater to the requirements of SSTL-2 and SSTL-3 specifications for DDR-SDRAM VDDQ supply and termination voltage VTT supply. With its integrated power MOSFETs, this regulator has the capacity to efficiently source up to 2A of VDDQ continuous current while being able to source or sink up to 2A of VTT continuous current as well. Its standout feature is the minimal dropout voltage for VDDQ, which stands at a mere 500mV at 2A load current. Moreover, the CM3202-02DE excels in providing excellent full load regulation and swift response to transient load changes. It is also equipped with over-current limits and thermal shutdown functionality, ensuring safe operation even under high-stress conditions
